Integrity Integrated Ginny Wilson Peters Services Executive Coaching

Job title: President of Integrity Integrated Inc.

How did you choose your career path?

My purpose is to nurture and inspire others to reach for the stars, so starting my own business 19 years ago to work with people has allowed me to tap into my passion for all these amazing years.

How do you maintain a work/life balance?

It is a challenge at times; however I honestly say that almost every day I am doing work that I am passionate about and am also committed to my personal priorities as well.

Was there ever a time in your life when you hit an obstacle and had to re-evaluate or rebuild?

To be totally honest, the answer to this is no, I haven’t hit an obstacle. I truly feel like all of the jobs that I have had and the life that I have lived is what is meant for me.

What’s the best thing about doing business in the Quad-Cities?

The Quad-Cities is a great place to work and live. There is diversity of people and organizations that are all inspiring for me.
Do you have any advice for people just starting out in their career?

My favorite quote, by Mark Twain is “The two most important days in your life are the day you are born…and the day you find out why.” I want people to tap into their life purpose and find a career, and a personal life, that gives them the opportunity to tap into their purpose every day—and totally enjoy what they are doing and how they are living.

The goal of “Each One Teach One” is for established community leaders to offer advice to those building careers. To suggest someone to be profiled, contact City Editor Liz Boardman at 563-383-2396 or lboardman@qctimes.com.
